Miller Records Shop or www.miller-records.shop, is the online store of Miller Records Netherlands. We are based in The Netherlands..... obviously. 

E-commerce law

Miller Records Shop is based in the Netherlands and therefor falls under the Dutch E-commerce law for buying online.
This means that after having received your order, you are able to return your items within 14 days without having to specify a reason.
We at Miller Records Shop obviously have no problem with this law, but we would like to mention that due to the nature of our products the item(s) have to be returned undamaged and unplayed. We send most of our items sealed. Breaking the seal voids the right to return the product under this law.

However, if a product is undamaged and unplayed and is sent back to us undamaged, we won't mind accepting the return.

Please note; sending items back under the E-commerce law means that postage is for the sender. 

A full refund will be paid out within 10 working days. Partial or no refunds may apply in case of returning an item that we can't resell.

Besides that we chose to have no endless text of terms and conditions. Nobody really reads them anyway. So we keep it simple. We have the E-commerce law explained above. We have a simple return policy, because our business is simple. We make vinyl albums, we sell them, you play them. Enjoy.


SHIPPING

We love vinyl. And we want it to arrive safely and unharmed at your doorstep. That way, you can enjoy your purchase without a hassle.
To make sure our products arrive safely, we use protective cardboard mailers and we only ship registered and with insurance. Accidents can always happen, but this way we know that we did our best to give you a hassle free experience. And if something does happen, we can solve the problem hassle free.

What does this mean for our shipping prices?
Sure for some regions they aren't cheap. But since we mainly focus on selling our titles through brick and mortar record stores, this means we can't apply for bulk discount shipping. This doesn't mean we don't keep our eyes open for cheaper options. But cheaper isn't always better. So we prefer to rely on shipping through trustworthy postal services.

Placed an order, but you would like to add something to your order? Send us an email and we'll check if we can still combine your orders. That way you won't have to pay double for postage.

RETURN POLICY

We at Miller Records like to keep things simple and easy. Life can already be difficult enough. So we've decided not to be part of that.
In the unlikely event of having sent you a product that's defective, all you have to do is let us know.

Preferably add photos of the problem

If the package was visibly damaged on arrival:
Notify us immediately and keep package closed until further notice

We ship via insured mail. Photos can help us get a claim solved quicker and easier.

Miller Records respects your privacy. We only use your details to be able to process your order and for our internal use to be able to optimise our services. We will never share your details with 3rd parties, nor sell them to 3rd parties. Not now, not ever. So we will never ask you to allow us to do so. Period.
